Premium Plans are linked to your Apple ID.
You will need to be signed into the same Apple ID that you originally purchased Milyo Premium with. To check if you are signed in to the same Apple ID you purchased Milyo Premium with:
- Open the iOS Settings app
- Tap on your avatar at the top of the screen
- Then, Tap on Subscriptions
- Next, under Active, you should see Milyo
If you don't see Milyo, this means you will need to sign into the Apple ID you purchased Milyo with. You can find this detail in the email sent by Apple when you subscribed to Premium.
If you do see Milyo listed, please contact us at support@milyoapp.com for us to restore your subscription to your account.
