Some profiles you see on Milyo will have the blur feature turned on. This is because people wish to remain discreet for complete privacy. Once you match with the person (by swiping right or tapping the heart icon) their photos will be automatically revealed.
Premium members can avoid seeing blurred profiles on their Discover page by turning on the toggle switch inside the My Preferences screen.
