Don't see anyone nearby? Check if you have given Milyo permission to your location:
- Go to the iPhone Settings app
- Scroll down and find Milyo
- Tap on Location
- Enable While Using the App
- Toggle on Precise Location
- Force quit Milyo and relaunch the app
