If you encounter the notification dialogue 'JSON could not be serialized because of error: The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.' please try the following:
- Force close the app:
- If you have a home button on your iPhone, double tap it to bring up the App Switcher. See the app and swipe it up to force it to close. Tap your home button again to return to your home page. Then, find and open Milyo.
- If you have a iPhone without a home button, swipe the bar at bottom of your screen halfway up the screen to bring up the App Switcher. See the app and swipe it up to force it to close. Then, find and open Milyo.
- Change to a different network.
- Ensure that you are not behind a firewall that is preventing your connection.
This error is caused as a result of the app not receiving a valid response from the API.
