Reasons why you might not be seeing people nearby might be because you have not given Milyo permission to your location or you have specific preference filters turned on. To fix this try the following:
- Allow Milyo to access your location:
- Go to the iPhone Settings app
- Scroll down and find Milyo
- Tap on Location
- Enable While Using the App
- Toggle on Precise Location
- Force quit Milyo and relaunch the app
- Turn On Location Services on iOS:
- Go to the iPhone Settings app
- Scroll down and find Privacy
- Tap on Location Services
- Toggle on Location Services
- Force quit Milyo and relaunch the app
- Turn all filters to their default settings:
- Launch Milyo
- Go to Account
- Tap My Preferences
- Expand your filters
After completing the above and you still can't see people nearby, then we suggest you upgrade to Premium.
As a Premium member, you can expand your search worldwide as there might not be anyone nearby.
- Launch Milyo
- Tap My Preferences (three lines in the top-left of the Discover page)
- Change distance to Worldwide
- Tap the ✓ button
As a Premium member, you can switch off blur profiles to access more people:
- Launch Milyo
- Tap My Preferences (three lines in the top-left of the Discover page)
- Switch off the Hide blurred profiles toggle
- Tap the ✓ button
