Apple provides a dedicated website where users can directly request refunds. Alternatively:
- Open the Apple invoice for your subscription purchase*
- Click the “Report a Problem” link
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Choose an option from the “I would like to…” drop-down and tap Next
- Choose an option from the “Tell us more…” drop-down and tap Next
- Select Milyo
- Tap Submit
*Cancellation is only possible within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
It can take up to 48 hours for customers to receive an update on their refund request. Milyo can’t initiate refunds or cancellations. Apple handles the refund process and will send either an approval or refund declined notification back to Milyo.
